Policy Terms

• 24-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session (via call, text, or email).

• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged the full session rate (100%). No exceptions.

• Repeated Cancellations: Two (2) or more late cancellations or no-shows within a 30-day period may result in a review of your training agreement.

• Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at your trainer’s discretion, but communication must be prompt and respectful.
